1. Using Void Focus

Void Focus helps you reduce distractions, block certain apps during focus sessions, and understand your phone usage.
By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only for personal, lawful purposes.

The app relies on permissions such as Accessibility, Usage Access, and Notifications. You can withdraw these at any time through your device settings, but removing them may limit what the app can do.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device settings allow the app to function properly
• Managing which apps you choose to block
• Deciding when to start or end focus sessions
• Using the app in a safe and reasonable way

Void Focus is not responsible for missed messages, notifications, or events that result from apps being blocked during a session.

3. Early Session Exit

To keep you committed, Void requires a charger connection and a cooldown period to end a session early.
This is intentional and part of how the focus system works.
You agree not to attempt to bypass or manipulate this feature.

4. Privacy & Data

We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to our servers.
All usage and blocking information stays on your device.

By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Void does not read or store your personal content
• Void does not share your data with any third parties
• Any statistics shown in the app are generated locally on your phone

The app may request:

• Usage Access – to measure screen time and detect active apps
• Accessibility Service – to enforce blocking and overlays
• Notification Access – to show session reminders and timers

Granting these permissions is optional, but the app may not function correctly without them.

Void will never use these permissions for anything outside the features described.

6. Limitations of Liability

Void Focus is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee that the app will be free from bugs or will work perfectly on every device or Android version.

Void Studio is not liable for:

• loss of data on your device
• missed notifications or messages
• any impact blocking apps may have on your day-to-day usage
• issues caused by third-party Android modifications or manufacturer restrictions

Your use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.

Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

We may update the app or these Terms & Conditions from time to time to improve performance, add features, or comply with platform requirements.
